OT - I feel bad for Clemson

Post#1 » by evildallas » Mon Feb 11, 2008 8:14 am

Once again they play their hearts out only to lose to Carolina in 2 OTs after leading almost the entire regulation time and a lot of that time being double figures ahead. They are now 0-53 in Chapel Hill. That's right, Elden Campbell, Larry Nance, Dale Davis, Horace Grant, none of them ever won in Chapel Hill.

They say "Even the sun shines on a dog's butt some days" I guess that doesn't apply if the dog is wearing Clemson orange and visiting UNC.

Even though I'm a Duke fan (and therefore was rooting for Clemson tonight only), I hope the team can shake this off and finish the season strong. They play hard-nosed basketball and it be sad if those players don't make the post season because misfortune against UNC sends them into an emotional tailspin.

At one time, I saw they were up late and maybe those guys listed did walk thru the door.
Where the offseason has more buzz happens.
