Clevleland have NO pieces to deal. They have so many terrible contracts and players of now value. They have been trying to make deals for 2 years but they just don't have ANYONE of value other than LBJ to deal.

You guys had the expiring $$$ and those expiring deals were proven to be so valuable this year. Congrats!

The Cavs have 30 million in expirings beginning this summer/next season...I'm sure we'll be fine...

LeBron has publicly asked for Kidd and for some reason never mentioned Bibby which is pretty much an indication as to which way he was leaning and who he wanted...

I don't agree with. I've read many articles of the last couple years that involved Cleveland trying to acquire Mike Bibby. Not that I have a link, but I remember Lebron being quoted about how he would welcome Mike Bibby.

I think it's no question Lebron would easily want Jason over Mike, but I also think your only thinking about the present, and not the past when Jason was not going to be moved.

Bibby has pretty much morphed into a long range gunner rather than a pure PG. The Cavs already have guys in Gibson and Damon Jones who can do that better.

Bibby was way down on the list of Cavs preferred trade targets this year.

Cavs have been trying to get Bibby for two years and Kidd. The Larry Hughes deal is KILLING THEM. They also have a lot of other bad deals and no expirers. Plus Lebron makes it so their first rounder isn't as appealing. Next year they might be able to make a deal with all their expirings. But right now no one wants to touch a lot of those contracts.

Bibby is definetely a better play than Boobie or D Jones. Although Booie may have more value because he is young.

No, you're correct.. The Cavs have been trying to acquire Bibby, but they wanted a PF in return as well not named Kenny Thomas...

There was a preliminary deal in place that would have sent Bibby and Scola to the Cavs in a 3 team deal..

However, every quote from LBJ is in regards to his dumbass man crush on Kidd... I don't want Kidd, and if I had to choose I would have taken Bibby because his skillset can coincide with LBJ since I want the ball in LBJ's hands and Kidd can't play off the ball, but Bibby can...

I'm sure LBJ would welcome anyone.. Hell LBJ would have accepted Lue... But, make no mistake about it, Bibby was not the one on his radar and he never was (it was Ferry)... LeBron's infatuated with Kidd, and I don't know why ?? :dontknow:

He's went out of his way to specifically lobby to play with Kidd...He's never done such a thing for Mike...
