Would the Hawks consider a deal around TJ Ford/Andrea Bargnani for Al Horford?

Won't offend me
Just figured it'd be an intriguing lineup to build going forward:
Ford-JJ-Smith-Bargnani-Center
With Marvin off the bench
Maybe even trade Marvin and a pick to move up for a C

That makes no sense, they just got Bibby to tutor Law and Horford can play both the 4 and 5. Bargnani can't play C and would be stuck on the bench. Bad timing, so sorry.

Al is the best draft pick we got in the last 10 years. That should tell something about his availability.

I really don't like Bargnani but a healthy TJ Ford would be the ideal uptempo drive and dish pg . Obviously there's no way we can consider the trade after trading for Bibby but if we had the chance to get Ford and then trade Bargnani/expirings for Gasol a few weeks ago...I would have jumped on it.

I think Marvin and Josh Smith are both more talented/athletic than Bargnani so I doubt he would start on the Hawks unless it was at the 5.

No sense at all in basket-ball view, and in financial too. Both Bargnani and Ford need ATL to throw more than 8M of contracts with Horford. Who do you want for 8M in the ATL roster ? It would change the trade value.
It would also destroy the team balance, a thing we have improve with the Bibby trade.
