This is a pure marketing idea, but since we have a couple of roster spots available . . .

Sign Will Farrell in character as Jackie Moon to a 10-day contract. He logs so DNPs or inactives and promotes his movie opening on the 29th. The Hawks get some mainline media coverage for the stunt.

I know it is insane, but I don't the Hawks or the movie Semi-Pro could get more mainstream media coverage than this stunt.

I think it was the Detroit Tigers that hired a midget(small strike zone) in order to get walks.

Well if Woodson is going to ignore the end of the bench then I guess it couldn't hurt. He probably is a better passer than Salim anyway....

but hey- I have always said that in atlanta its not enough to be good- you need to have some flash, maybe you are right!

But you do make a good point though. We need to prove and be ready for the main stage cause this trade reminds the whole league that Atlanta is ready to be the 3rd bully in the east.
