Enough is enough!!!!!!!!!!

Post#1 » by BigAlHorfordROY » Sat Mar 8, 2008 2:31 am

How many losses is it going to take to end the madness? How many times must the same thing happen? Losses upon losses. This team looks dead on the floor, and we SHOULD be fighting for a playoff spot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please ownership, its time for a leadership change. Woodson is horrible and looks completly lost out there. If the ASG won't let BK fire Woody then they should just do it themselves. Or just get it over with in regards to Knight too.

Please make the change now

This second half tonight was one of the worst displays of "coaching" I have ever seen. Was that basketball being played???

This is becoming laughable....

I am no longer blaming Woody. The players have given up on him so there's nothing he can do. The ASG just needs to get it over with put him out of his misery. Get rid of Woody now and get a new GM in the off-season to select a new coach.

Fire both now. Hopefully losing the only coach many of the players have had in the NBA will be a wake up call. Beginning the search for a new GM now will hopefully allow the greatest amount of time to identify the right man and/or give him the time to familiarize himself with the roster to decide what moves need made.

I could care less if we fire Woody. We don't have the right leadership ANYWHERE within this organization to be succesful.

Josh B says it all..........from the top on down.....a truly lethargic effort....we are struggling big time and look tired doing it.

We are sinking fast at a time when we should be energized. It's like we have hit the rookie wall, again!

This is the exact reason why Woodson should be fired. He can't even keep his players motivated. The Charlotte game shows how inept he really is. With our team being so short handed after the trade, you would think he would play all his players. But Richardson (who brings much needed three point shooting ability to spread the floor out) and Solomon Jones (who at least plays hard and can give the team some energy) get no PT at all. He plays his starting 5 much too long. Mario West played great D on J. Rich but only got limited minutes. Then on top of that, when we are getting killed by Matt Carroll from 3 point land and what does Woodson do...switch to a zone defense. How stupid can you be??

If we lose any of the 2 games to Miami tomorrow, Woodson should be fired on the spot. I don't care what anyone says he is hurting rather than helping our team. And needs to go!!!!

I was all about giving woodson a chance now that he had a real PG for the first time since he has been on the Hawks. But yeah- its time to make a change to see if that can light a fire under the team. Woodson is obviously a lame duck, I don't see any downside at all to making a change now.

Amen.

There is still a chance the team turns it around with Woody. We have the talent to beat a lot of the teams we are going to be playing. I just think that after having seen Woody with Bibby in the fold we can make a firm judgement that he is a bad coach.

Let's make Bill Simmons our GM. He's campaigning for the Bucks job (albeit jokingly), but he'd be an upgrade here too. He's entertaining and he usually makes very good calls regarding basketball (not so much regarding baseball tho). Im only halfway kidding.
