Hey AL, I can play tonight at 70%, but I'm going to sit because you can just win it single handily like last time.

If we play all game like we did the last two minutes of the last game we may win by 150 points.

There is reason to fear Al Thornton. Being from Perry, GA, he's going to want to put on a show and will probably have quite a few people at the game.
Remember how Marvin played when the Hawks went to Seattle.

It is pretty sad that the Clipps drafted a guy at 14 who can play the 3 better than Childress or Marvin.

he's also like 45 or something. I didn't like Thornton before the draft and I don't like him now. He's like Smith in that he can win you games when his offense explodes but he can lose them when it isn't clicking... but he'll keep on trying it... he just doesn't bring the crazy D.
Anyway, this is a game that we should win so if anyone were to bet me straight up I'd put my money on the Hawks. Of course I wouldn't be suprised either way.

Over his last 10 games he is averaging 17 ppg and shooting 40% from 3. Neither Marvin or Childress has ever done that.
He also abused us last game and is currently 3rd in the rookie rankings. He also has a 41" vertical and timed very well in the sprint.
I am not saying we should have drafted him since we needed a pg. It is just depressing.

The Hawks can't miss. We could have used some of this last game. They have 14 fast break points already in the 1st quarter.

This is how you are supposed to play vs inferior competition. I was hoping for a performance similar to this after a hard fought loss to the Rockets. Hopefully we put them away for good...

Zaza blew a nice pass by Acie. He's given us some useful minutes w/ the exception of that though.

Our team is firing on all cylinders and Zaza still misses the wide open layup.

It bugs me when Josh Smith plays so well offensively and then he barely draws iron on the first jump shot he takes.

Did anybody go to a thrashers playoff game last year? It seemed pretty loud and the fans were in to it the whole time. If the hawks make it to the playoffs do you think the fans will give us any avantage

They really need to stop missing layups. It would be nice to get an easy win for once.
