Upcoming Road Trip

Post#1 » by HMFFL » Sat Mar 15, 2008 1:19 am

What our the chances of us winning 2 of 3 or all 3? New Jersey is the game that stands out to me since we're currently going after them for the 8th spot. Only winning 7 road games this year is keeping me grounded.

We have to win 2 of 3 here. I'd like to take all three though. None of these teams are good.

With the Hawks being so horrible on the road only 1 win seems likely. However, I think it is key that they win in NY and NJ. NY because they are a team that we "should" beat and NJ because it is a heads up battle between 2 of the teams jockeying for the last spot. If the guys can't step it up and win that one then it is likely that we'll be on the outside looking in at the end.

BTW, the Nets are at Chicago the night before we play them. Chicago is at New Orleans the night before they play the Nets.

The way we have played on the road we will lose all three of those games.

I know, but I'm just saying they aren't good so if we're going to win any road games these should be it.

This is a HUGE road trip right here. If we don't win more than one our playoff hopes can be kissed good by.

The way we've been playing on the road too....we can only hope we win.

Let's see... likely 2-1 because the Knicks and Nets need more than... Oh screw it. 0-3 for Hawks.

Butler just had his first game back for the Wizards and they beat the Cavs.

Curry is out for the season.

We might end up with a 4 game win streak after that trip. Oh, hold on, we're the Hawks, the odds never favor us.
GO HAWKS.
