I hate to do it, but it would obviously kill all of us to see Woddy lose here, learn from his mistakes, and come back to kill us.
All I keep thinking is Bill Bellichek getting run out of Cleveland only to become by far the best coach in the NFL.

Hopefully Woody has learned enough here to get a job elsewhere in some capacity. He could be an OK coach in the right situation but he is neither a motivator nor an innovator so I'd only worry about it if he was given the job at an already successful team... which won't happen.

I will gladly take those odds and wave goodbye to Mike.

He just learned that a player can play in the first half with 2 fouls. At this rate he better hope medical technology makes a few leaps in the next 40 years.

Woody has been a knightmare.
You guys that think he's going to ever be a good coach need to switch to curling.

he was sure placed in an ideal situation with a bunch of 19-20 years old and a quiet "leader"...
let's see what we do if we go to the PO and how he unilize the Bibby-JJ tandem when it counts, then we will judge...

I have said this a thousand times, you can have the worst roster ever but still make the right decisions.

I love how we're so used to call BK "The Knightmare" that this is how he now spell it instinctively, naturally.
BK, looks like you've made your mark on this franchise: your actions led fans to change some words in your "honor"

I think that Woody could do well on a team that
A: Plays an exclusively half court game with a strong back to the basket player.
B: A point guard that has been int he league long enough that he knows how to run the show and won't be required to look to Woody to run the offense.
C: A offensive minded assistant coach that is in charge of all the offensive sets.
So basically, if he was in LA with Kobe and Tex Winter as his assistant he would do okay. Only Jordan Farmar would never get off the bench. Or vujacic.
