A modest plan to help bench

I was reading somewhere about Houston looking for help at backup C (maybe Dikembe is finally retiring). I was wondering that if we were able to sign Kwame Brown (half of MLE) to be backup C might the following trade work out for both sides.

Zaza Pachulia - a backup C for when Yao gets injured again.
to Houston for
Luther Head - Combo guard who can stroke the 3
Chuck Hayes - undersized PF who is a very strong defender, decent bulk despite short height

Works in trade checker and if we are able to sign another C would give us a full 2nd unit:
Bibby/Acie/Speedy
JJ/Luther/Mario
Marvin/Childress/Jeremy Richardson
Josh Smith/Chuck Hayes
Al Horford/Kwame Brown/Solomon (or Justin Williams whomever wins the job)

Leaves one spot open to use as needed to fill in for injuries. If Speedy wasn't so likely to go down I would suggest using it on another big.

Brown is looking more and more likely. A Zaza move would appear possible and Head and Hayes wouldn't be bad.

Looks like a nice roster and if Acie/Speedy/Head could handle the PG, we could look to move Bibby at the dealine.

I like all the moves. Adding two good post defenders and a good outside shooter while keeping our top 6 players from last year would be a good off-season IMO. It would seem that we would only go with 12 or 13 players rather than 14 or 15 because of the luxury tax. I'd probably throw in a 2nd rounder to Houston just to be fair as well.

That would make us a lot tougher and really help our shooting. You'd have to hope that Morey thinks Zaza's awful year was a blip and not the beggining of a trend.
