Mike Bibby
Salary: $14,983,603 Years Remaining: 1

Outgoing Players: Steven Hunter, Linas Kleiza, Allen Iverson, Chucky Atkins

Hawks: Have been inerested in AI for a while and get him for next to nothing. Since Johnson can handle the ball, shoot the three, and play solid D he is a great backcourt mate for AI.

Nuggets: Get more of a PG in Bibby and a sick scoring rotation on the wings with Melo/Miller/JR. Collins plays some minutes off the bench in the front court.

Minny: Cuts some salary and gets a good young prospect in Linas Kleiza. Zaza is an upgrade over Collins.

I would love that trade but it makes no sense for Denver. They don't save any money and Bibby and Miller would make their defense even worse. You also have to factor in that Iverson probably generates alot more money for his team than whoever the 2nd best player in this trade would.

If Denver wanted Miller for Kleiza they would just cut the Hawks out of the trade.

I have said for a while that I would make a run at Iverson if I were the Hawks. I think the trade I proposed was Bibby, Zaza, Law, and a top 20 protected first (protection lowered moving forward) for Iverson, and Hunter.

Are we ever going to learn that Iverson disrupts any kind of chemistry wherever he plays. The ball doesn't move ( that's called anit-PG), he can't play defense, he doesn't make anyone around him better, and even though he scorers over 20ppg, he's proven over and over that he can't be a leader abd make his team better. The Nuggets would be a better team with A. Miller there. It's that simple.
GO HAWKS.

^sounds just like Bibby, but at least Iverson is an athlete.
