Re: Open Practice @ Philips!
I'll be hoping to see great effort from everybody, but especially Solo, Marv, Acie, and RandMo.

Re: Open Practice @ Philips!
(A) Our best long-range shooter option just might be Mike Woodson! He was draining 24-footers during one drill. Player-coach!
(B) Rio made his best case for making the squad based on his athleticism on several dunks. But more athleticism alone is not a team need. We'll see if he's done enough after a few more preseason games.
(C) Thomas Gardner missed a wide-open jumper off a turnover, with no opposing teammates in the vicinity. "Buh-bye!" Othello Hunter was doing his best "Invisible Man" impersonation. RandMo just looks happy to be here.
(D) Marvin, Rio, Zaza and Mo seemed to be the most energized on the floor. Communication on set plays was much better than years' past but it's clear they've still got a ways to go.
(E) After badly bricking shots in situations when he needs to consider passing, Acie now gets the evil eye (evil gasp?) from Woody once reserved for Salim.
(F) I was encouraged by the strong turnout... until I realized what folks really came for. They're ONE DOLLAR HOT DOGS, people, c'mon! Why is the line going around the corner a half-hour after the scrimmage?
