Even if he had gone 0-5 that would be a step in the right direction. It's good to see Marvin have the confidence just to take the tree, it's even better to see him making it. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

From reports we read, almost all young NBA players work on one part of their overall game
during the off season. This year, Marvin's concentration was on the 3 point shot.

Many times since he has been in the league, we watched Marvin hit those long shots and notice - - Oops, his foot or toe was on the line. That's two, not three. After working on this in the off season,
he is now more aware of where the 3 point line is and it's paying off. This will open up the inside
more as teams will have to come out to cover him. Just the threat of his 3 pointer should increase
the scoring for the team.
