I don't like the idea of paying full MLE money(or maybe a little more?)for 5 years to a guy who is going to be 29 next month. SF and PF are also the two positions where the Hawks need the lest help at.

it is decent. i wouldn't do it, but i wouldn't be upset if it happen. Nocioni's contract is just the biggest concern.

I agree that the problem is Nocioni. If Marvelous is going to give us 35+ minutes and Evans is good for the rest, why spend such a large amount of $$$ for Nocioni?

Nocioni is a decent all-around kind of player but I like backups to have something different that they can add, such as speed or blocks or rebounds or, for a SF, the ability to light up the scoreboard for a short time. The main advantage to having Nocioni would be that he'd be fresh when we sent him in.

This deal has a lot of capspace taken up for very little profit. Seriously, how much more valuable is 13 minutes of Nocioni over Maurice Evans?

And as for Blake? Bah.

Maybe there's a team - with a decent big man to trade - that'd be interested in getting Nocioni and Blake....
