Ouch! Cavs favored to win by 11 points. O/U is 196.

Let's make Cleveland go to 6-1 at home. GO HAWKS!

this is a "no pressure" game for the Hawks. hope the guys just go out their and run and have fun, win or lose.

i wish the Hawks could put the "Jordan rules" on Lebron, but i have a feeling that the Refs are going to protect King James all game long.

Bibby, Joe, Flip, Mo, or Marvin... who ever Lebron is guarding, i think that guy should make Lebron work on the pick-n-roll every play on offense. go after Lebron on the offensive end, exploit his defence, make him run around and make him work

I don't expect much from this one. We got the wins we needed against lesser teams in Washington and Charlotte. Getting this one would be a nice bonus.

I expect the Cavs to register about 2-billion offensive boards between Varejao and Illgauskas.

How crazy would that be to go to a baseball game and find out LeBron is sitting next to you?

Anyway, we can still win this game if we have a good shooting night. Hopefully Marvin has a 3rd consecutive awesome game. Need to keep LeBron, Mo, and Z from exploding. I'd like to see Solo on Z if Zaza/Horford get abused. Josh dominated Z last year when he switched, Solo is the closest we have to that.

haha interesting thread. You must be hatin' the guy. It's easy when he's your opponent. Kid is just too good. Anyway good luck guys, we know you guys are short right now so this won't be a real test. I like your team, you might upset one of the big dogs in the playoffs. But not tonight!

Haha. Me too. I used to love them back when John Starks choked Scottie Pippen's bitch-ass. It's been hard watching my second favorite team go down the drain slowly since then. They're gonna be ridiculous with Lebron and Bosh on the same team.

Anyways, we are gonna get crushed tonight. I perversely like these tough saturday night games, where I can go out and imbibe and not have to watch the blood-letting...

Why are the Hawks playing Lebron so tight????

the last thing you want to do is to let Lebron beat you with his penitration and passing..... just live and die with Lebron's jump shot.

This is disgusting. Hawks are missing every shot and the Cavs are hitting every shot. The careless turnovers aren't helping.

N ones going to even mention Acie Law tonight?

It was a horrible game, but Acie showed us tonight that he could be a very suitable change of pace point guard this season.

Mo and Acie kept us from being embarrassed, and had JJ been able to do something at all in the final period we could have cut it below 10 and given them a scare.

Solo played ok, showing nice shooting touch from the line and finishing at the rim (which he has sucked at lately). And I thought his post D against big Z was stronger than expected.

but whatever, looking forward to spanking the Bucks on Wednesday.

I guess that was Acie's career game 20/7 with 6 rebounds. The team sure looks a lot different with a guy who actually pushes the ball up the floor and can beat people off the dribble.

i get so tired of watching Bibby skip and walk when he attempts to bring the ball up the court. He looks like a girl.

This was a throwaway game. 4th game in 5 nights against a good team on the road without Josh Smith = beatdown. There are some games that you have no chance to win and last night was one of them.

Flip's shooting percentage is down to 37.6% now. He has a ways to go to catch Zaza's 33% though.

the problem is, Acie only plays with this kind of confidence when he knows that its a route and Woodson isn't going to pull him.

Like I said, i think Acie isn't going to be successful on this team unless he is the starting point. I really do believe that he has the talent to do so, I just don't think that bench guy with a short leash is going to work for him.

If Woodson let him have the same green light that Flip has, then he would be okay. But i can't particularly blame Woodson either in this case, just i don't think the role that Acie is in now helps him or the team.

And as for Flip, this is just flip being flip. He is what he is. You dont notice he is a chucker until he really starts missing. But thats okay, I think this team needed a chucker off the bench to keep the offense going and he has provided that. You have to live with his bad shooting and turnovers though...thats just flip.

Acie has got to get more minutes. You can tell he's hungry. It doesnt matter if its a blow out or not, Law penetrates and kicks better than any pg we have on the roster and he's showing Woody every time out that he's ready for a bigger role.

Another great game for Law with the result not in doubt. Any chance he can perform for us in a close game?
