You're probably going to get ripped for this trade suggestion as you're suggesting that we trade away our two best players.

. CB4 wouldn't be able to make up for the loss of both Smith and Johnson and Mo/Kapono are not guys that should be in the starting lineup.

Don't get me wrong, Bosh is great and appears to have taken his game to another level this season, but it's not worth giving up our top scorer and top defender for him. He is not at that level of stardom (i.e. Kobe/Lebron/CP3), not even close.

nope sorry, I think Bosh is an elite player, but that would make our team significantly worse.

The only way you trade for Bosh is to pair him WITH JJ.

Any other trade would be more feasible.

I think its pretty illustrative you think that Kapono would start ahead of Marvin.

Not with Bosh being a free agent soon. Josh Smith is locked into a deal where he is an insanely good deal. Its tough to give him up for a guy you might not be able to lock into a deal.

I do think that if you threw in Calderon and we moved bibby for a decent 2, then the deal would be great. but of course, we would kinda be the Atlanta Raptors then....

I don't know how I feel about Calderon. I was a big fan of him, but he has really been exposed this season with the kind of D he plays. He makes Bibby look like a shut-down defender.

He is no worse that Bibby(although SOMEBODY around here said that last year...but I won't toot my own horn).

Calderon is younger, has a decent contract so i would take him.

Honestly speaking, I would do Smith/Bibby for Bosh if Bosh had a longer contract. But I was just talking to lengthen conversation. I can't think of a package from Toronto that could net Joe Johnson AND Josh Smith.
