GO HAWKS!!!!

Didn't see a GT posted, so I tried my best to be creative, which isn't that good. I think this game can very easily be a trap game, and end up being a loss. I think we are leaps and bounds better than the Warriors, but could still be emotionally letdown from the heartbreaker vs Boston after we were so hyped for it. We lost 3 straight after losing to Boston last time, so hopefully we will be more mature this time, and take the next game just as importantly as we did the game vs Boston.

Dont worry one of your back up scrub will have a career high tonight, and win the game were just that bad

Maybe if Acie Law or Solomon Jones were given more playing time, they'd be at least somewhat capable of doing that.

This is as winnable a game as you can get... but you never know right?

I'd like to see a blowout and let Acie, Solo, and Othello hunter get some burn. This would be a good game for Othello to see some PT as he is the athletic frontcourt player that could be dangerous agaisnt a scrawny fast paced team like GSW.

Try to score as many pts when nellie uses his usual 4 guard line up. It would be another step closer in trying to get nellie fired

How can the Hawks have 11 turnovers in the first half against this defense? Just a dumb team.

The Hawks have got an early double digit lead and blown it or got into a double digit deficit early and came back in just about every game this month regardless of the quality of our opponent. For some reason the Hawks just don't know how to limit runs by the other team-instead they just turn the ball over like crazy which continues the bleeding even more. Regardless of the final score...they shouldn't have to go through all this against a crap Warriors team at home.

I know he's coming off of an injury, but this is the worst defense I have seen Josh play in ages.

4th quarter. No excuses to lose to a bad team at home. This team has to learn to get over losses better than this..damn. They can't fall apart everytime they lose to Boston.

The final score is pretty deceiving. The Hawks show signs of being a good team when they play with a sense of urgency but it seems like they have to play a top team or dig themselves in a hole in order to play with that kind of intensity/focus.

It wasn't deceiving. That is what happens you play a team that puts up quick shots. They will go down big, and they will give up leads.

If you are playing a team that chucks the way the Warriors(or Knicks or formally Suns) things like that are going to happen.

The hawks won big because they were the better team. They played well, had a dry spell. Its basketball. It happens.

While I agree with you that the Warriors are more prone to going on and giving up big runs than most teams because of their pace-this has been a constant trend in the Hawks games this month. The Hawks have completely blown double digit leads to New York,Cleveland,and Golden State. The Hawks have come back to tie or take the lead despite double digit deficits vs Houston,Miami,and Charlotte. They also had a 26 point lead cut down to 6 vs Memphis(which wasn't televised),and games vs Dallas and San Antonio where we were only down one possession in the last minute of the game despite trailing by double digits earlier on in both of those games as well. That's a pretty large sample size of inconsistent basketball(and it also says that the Hawks don't go down easily)...especially considering that we are one of the slowest paced teams in the league unlike NY or GS. I also don't think the Hawks should be neck and neck 3 quarters through the way at home vs a team w/o 3 of their top 4 players but that's another story.
