OT - LA Clippers GM Position
After I saw the headline that Jerry West would not take the Clippers GM position, I came close to starting an online petition of sorts pledging that I Evildallas would not take the job either. Now I see a headline that Isiah Thomas met with Donald Sterling about Front Office Job. WTF? I mean seriously where has Sterling been the last decade? Isiah's resume (bankrupting CBA, GM of the Knicks, sex harassment suit, etc) wouldn't get him a job with more responsibility than assistant french fry attendant at McDonald's. I can only assume that someone did start a petition against working for the Clippers and everyone associated with basketball signed it with the exceptions of Isiah Thomas and Billy Knight (just guessing). I feel for Clippers fans (Buffalo Braves were my #2 team back in the day). I've heard of scraping the bottom of the barrel, but it is sad when your owner starts at the bottom of the barrel on a job search.
Going to donkey punch a leprechaun!

Exactly. The Clipps need to follow Oklahoma's City approach and hire an assistant GM from either San Antonio or Detroit. Someone who works for an organization that is actually well run.
Though I don't think Sterling is that smart. He wants a "name" so he'll probably go with an underqualified former player. Maybe a former Clipper like Ron Harper.
