if you watch the clip below at 0:35 sec you will see Pietrus defending Lebron perfectly

Pietrus let Lebron take jumpshot after jumpshot and it worked for the Magic. Pietrus played off of Lebron the whole night, always back pedeling, playing under the pick and roll, cloging the paint, being more concern with cutting off lane for Lebron and playing him tight.
that is exactly how i think the Hawks should play Lebron, and Wade, force them to be shooters and not let them be passers. i can live with Lebron and Wade scoring 40pt with all jump shots, rather than having them get 20pts 10ast, with a bunch of dunks.

Re: OT: Pietrus defended Lebron perfectly
I agree with your assessment. The key will be pulling it off over the course of an entire series. Either Lebron or Wade can put their head down and steam toward the basket and be giving the ref's call (in spite of them initiating the contact and good defensive positioning) over and over as well. It's just a matter of them pushing the issue and having faith in the star system.
