That's only the financial part, and both players don't look like what we need first.

If all else fails in trying to move Speedy for value I wouldn't mind a straight up trade for Jeffries. He'd give us another defender to go against the Magic's perimeter forwards and others.
I'd much rather a deal of Speedy+Mo for Jeffries+Chandler though. Having Chandler would help make up for the sting of the Knicks signing Joe away from us in 2010.

I'd want no part of Jeffries for Speedy. Better to let him expire than tie up cap with bad salary.

Nate goes for more than 3 i think.
Besides can you add a player if you sign and trade? Im not sure if a resigned player can be paired with another player in a trade
