Mario West Fails at Drafting

for an ESPN the Mag feature, a player from each team was given the oppurtunity to make a pick in a mock draft. for the Atlanta Hawks, this fell on Mario West who promptly falls on his face.

"Of course, Gani is a fellow Yellow Jacket," says guard Mario West. "He reminds me of my teammate Al Horford: strong and really active in the paint. Plus, being a walk-on who went undrafted before making the league, I enjoy watching the draft and seeing guys get that opportunity."

I don't fault Mario. He made the pick before Gani pulled out.
