Another great game for Dominique

MANILA, Philippines - Dominique Wilkins and company came, saw and, as expected, conquered.

Wilkins, at 49, took Manila by storm, leading the NBA Generations team to a 109-86 whipping of the PBA All-Stars in the NBA Asia Challenge at the Araneta Coliseum last night.

With excess poundage and all, the former Atlanta Hawks superstar displayed his vintage form, coming through with a game-high 28 points that went on top of five rebounds, two steals and one assist in 20 minutes of play.

i dont know about this game

but he did dunk TWICE on korean allstar team few weeks ago when he played there

it was fun to see him playing haha

^ i'm more impressed with the 2 steals. i know the asian competition is not that great, but you generally have to have some quickness to get a steal and Nique at 50yr got 2.

Well, basketball here (in the Philippines) is one of our major sports but I really think our players are overrated. You know why Nique got 2 steals? Because the game here is so slow that even my grandma can block 5 shots and drop 30 on them...and 2 steals.

Kidding aside, the PBA All-stars didn't feature "yong all-stars" really because they included some retired PBA players also. So, I think Nique got those steals from another 50-year old veteran from the opposing team.

ANyway, a veteran's minimum is not that bad...
