Far fetched is a soft way of putting it,but it's a lot better option than NY IMO. Despite the constant baiting by the likes of Jay Z and his compatriots. He has a better shot at winning here and ATL isn't too bad of a downgrade from that great Cleveland night life. :o
Lebron here with a cast of clear cut 2nd man Joe, Josh and Horford with a Teague uprising. Where is my Eastern Conference Championship banner??

By the way,About 25 other teams in this league are dreaming at this point also and 2010 couldn't get any faster.

^^^Joe would be gone. We dont have the cap for both. We just signed Marvin for 50 and josh for 50 plus the year before. OUr cap is basically gone
I wouldnt really want Crawford and Lebron starting together, but Lebron here would make me jizz myself. It wont happen but id be sweet if it did
Is it to much to ask for a team that plays hard and cares? Seems so.

(Marvin signed for 40).

What the Hawks would have to do is trade Marvin for cap space/pick.

Bibby/Crawford/LeBron/Smith/Horford with Teague/Evans/Zaza/pick(s) off the bench. It's plausible, but the salary cap will make a big difference...

Whatever, I'm too busy enjoying this Hawks team to spend time dreaming up scenarios that Lebron moves into my neighborhood.

Actually now that you mentioned it, Joe Smith signing makes a lot more sense. He just came here to make sure that ATL was OK for Lebron!

i would try to find takers for Marvin, Zaza, and Bibby first:

Center: Horford
PowerForward: Smoove
PointForward: Lebron
Guard: Joe
Guard: Crawford

but yeah, it wouldn't be a hard decision to let Joe go for a guy like Lebron:

C: Horford
PF: Smoove
SF: Marvin
SG: Lebron
PG: Crawford

I think D-wade would be a better possibility than King James.

You are not going to be able to keep all of them if LeBron goes to Atlanta. JJ and Horford are gone and even Crawford.

You can only max out two players. Josh and Lebron and that does not get it done. Plus you are a better team without him. And you all can't support the team you have now! LOL...

It's a bad fit. Lebron would be a better fit in Milwaukee with Brandon Jennings and Andrew Bogut then in Atlanta...and I know sure as hell that aint happening. Nor do I want it to!

So lets drop this now...about him coming to the Hawks. You shouldn't waste your time and ruin your team for him.

Not a better possibility but a better choice.

He won't bring his 'Jumpman' shoes to Atlanta either...He is going to the Bulls which is why I want JJ or Horford and Marvin in Milwaukee with Jennings. But we will see...

Return to Atlanta Hawks
