Marvin + Bibby = $13.7 MIL (+ cash)

Atlanta receives (from NOH):
Chris Paul + Devin Brown = $14.6 MIL

THE RESULTS: Championship contenders consisting of an explosive, high octane offense with a range of nearly unstoppable weapons led by arguably the best PG in the league...CP3 deal make Joe and Horford way better in the half court...Crawford could remain in his beloved role as hired gun off the bench and Horford and Smoove would be unbelievable running the floor.

Why the hell would the Hornets do that trade? There's absolutely zero incentive for them to do that. Any trade at the very least us sending out Joe and taking back Peja.

I'll say the same thing I said when someone actually made a thread about Joe for Wade during the playoffs-what's the point of posting hypothetical trade ideas that you know people(on a Hawks board)would do? Do you expect people here to debate the pros and cons from the Hawks perspective on a Marvin Williams and Mike Bibby for Chris Paul trade?

While we are at it, I say we do the JJ for D. Wade trade too.

Great idea. I'm sure NO would jump all over that offer. Then we could offer Cleveland Marvin for Lebron. And maybe Joe Johnson for 1991 Michael Jordan.

their really are alot better trades out their for Paul if NOH wanted to find a trade, like:

Chris Paul and Stojakovic for Westbrook, Harden, Etan, and Collison

Hornets get two rookie contracts, one expiring contract, and trades out Peja's contract for Nick Collison's contract........ Thunder get a core of Paul/Durrant/Green, which could actually win a championship right now.

then their is also a CP3 for Rubio/Cardinal or CP3 for Oden/Bayless/contracts trade that the Hornets could work out if the wanted to.

The Hornets will want some cap relief in a deal for CP3. But I'm sure they will be able to score a plethora of fine prospects if they do choose to deal him. Certainly they'll get far more value than Marvin and Bibby.

Wow... NO WAY New Orleans trades Paul for the original package. They're gonna rebuild WITH Paul, not rebuild by trading him. Horrible, just horrible.
