I don't feel that great about this one. NO has 44 offensive rebounds in their last 2 games and we will be coming off a back to back. I'm just praying they show some signs of life to start the game unlike the NY,Charlotte, and Sac road games.

Tough game off a back to back. Expecting a win but should be a good one!

I know it will be the 2nd night of back to backs, but I hope the guys go all out and play energetic. They have 4 days off until they host Orlando, so they'll have time to rest.

Should be a good game.
However, Atlanta is playing after a though, exhausting game agains the Rockets and they are on a long 7-win-streek, with the best record in the league, and I just dont think they are THAT good and a loss is due.
The Hornets on the other hand are fired up, with some of their young players coming up big lately, plus Peja beeing on fire the last 3 games.
Also, the Hornets lost the last meeting between those teams be a large margin and they should be up for revenge on their homecourt.
On paper, Atlanta is highly the favourite, but I believe that everything speaks against the Hawks in this game.

I'm expecting another blow out and to have 5 players in double figures again led by Jamal and Joe schooling their young guards and each getting 20. Marv will be tough on Peja and Josh and Al should control the paint again. Call me overconfident, but I just don't see us taking our foot off the gas for this one.

last time these two teams met, the Hawks looked like the globe trotters, but it looks like the Hornets are finding a way to get by with out Paul for the time being. should be a walk in the park but i think the Hornets are going to make it hard for the Hawks.

Kind of a deja vu from last weekend of back to backs. Grind-out win on Friday and play the Hornets on Saturday.

Last night was actually one of our most impressive wins of the season as far as I'm concerned. They came out and punched us in the mouth, outhustled, out rebounded, and out played us. We have been like a bully at home this year and finally someone took it to us.. With that being said, we never gave up and found a way to beat them. Right now NO is playing passionate basketball just like HOU. We won't let it happen again though, just watch Al and Josh tonight!!

I disagree. I think the most impressive wins were the two Portland games and the Boston game. Those were games that last year's team doesn't win. Getting destroyed on the boards and blowing a 10 point lead with 2 minutes left at home isn't that impressive if you were to break down each individual game.

Gotta stay focused after emotional home win and now travel on the road against team missing star player.
Big time recipe for upset.

Dam nobody but Horford can make a shot and he picks up two quick fouls.

I think it's safe to say you can stop helping off Devin Brown and stay with Peja.

Good things never happen when Mo,Joe Smith, and Zaza are in there at the same time.

I love Dominique. Of course the 1st shot you hit is the beginning.

Bibby hurt. 1st injury was bound to happen sooner or later.
Just 1 half and this team is obviously capable of making a run...but why cant the Hawks transfer the energy that they played with vs Miami,Portland,Boston, etc over to these Charlotte,NY,and NO Games? That's my 1 issue in what has been a great start to the season.

Would it kill the Hawks to just fight through a screen off the ball once in a while?

Horrid half. I would assume we come out with more energy in the second but Joe needs to get more touches in the post, and when Horford is out there he needs touches as well. Good job to stay in it for how bad were playing!
