I am going to be sick to my stomach if we endure another 4th quarter collapse.

Garnett is not playing. Not sure about Pierce. I fully expect to win this game!

Josh should have a field day. I anticipate Al to be put on complete lockdown by Perk.

Without citing specifics it has seemed over the last few years that we fail to take advantage of missing stars on other teams. I hope tonight is different.

I'm excited about this game. We have to come out really stong, the Celtics even without Garnett is a tough team. Anyway, I hope they finish 1st in the EC. When you look at the Magic and Cavs, the Hawks matchup much better with the Celtics imo. GO HAWKS.

I looked things over online and I have not been able to find an update on Paul Pierce, so I am assuming he plays. Atlanta is favored to win by 3.5 points.

Based on latest updates I've seen Tony Allen is out and Eddie House is back from the stomach flu. Tony's been playing well and is a far better defender at the 1-2-3 spots than Eddie at the 1 or 2 slot. That bodes ill for the C's defense against JJ as Ray Allen can't defend him. Eddie's not having a great year offensively so far. Loss of Tony leaves us short at SF with Daniels out too and Pierce not at 100%

Pierce came back last game from having his knees drained twice for an infection and clearly was not 100%, but he did bring his toughness and it helped them come back late against Miami and win in OT. He's now the most critical player on the Cs as Rasdheed Wallace is a very capable defensive player stand-in for Garnett unlike the defensive fiasco we went through last year with Big Baby Davis. Davis has been back for a few games, but is more an offensive player than a defensive one. Rondo came back Wednesday and is playing with a hamstring injury, but looked fine. Perkins came back from a stomach flu and was gassed by the end of the game. I'd expect him to be at 100% tonight. KG is expected back in another week or 2 from a hyper-extended knee and Daniels will be back around the All-star break and is supposedly ahead of schedule. KG was playing well before this new injury, though not 100% especially on the defensive end.

Key IMO is Rondo-Bibby. Cs are cooked if we don't dominate there and we haven't always done so in the past. I wouldn't be surprised if my Cs lost both games to the Hawks and @TOR on Sunday too and I fully expect a loss tonight. But we'll be back soon and still will have a good chance to be the top record in the east before the All-Star break. Cs were playing at a championship level prior to this rash of crap. Good time for the Hawks to be playing us and you match up well. Such is life.

Not sure what's ailing your team, but it seemed to me that LBJ can defend JJ's isolation plays better than we can. Losing to the Knicks at home sucks, but we lost a similar home game to the Sixers when the entire team fell asleep while the game was being played.

The Tony Allen matchup is more important against Jamal not Joe as House has zero chance of stopping him off the bench. KG may be out but Big Baby is back this time and he punked us last year in KG's absence. Kind of weird waiting to see what we do in this game considering our matchup tomorrow and then the rematch on Monday.

Teague getting PT. If Teague could get a teardrop or a nice 15 ft jumper hed be unstoppable considering that it is nearly impossible to stay in front of him.

Jamals 15 ft jumper off a pick is unstoppable!

Yeah, that block by Josh was amazing. Perkins was going up as strong as he could, and Josh still embarrassed him. I hope that we can put this game away in the 4th, and rid our bad 4th quarter habits.

On that over the back call, Perkins reminding me why he was voted one of the whiniest players in the NBA by his fellow players.

CRAWFORD!!! FOR THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

On the floor tonight were the three of the whiniest players in the league. Between Josh, Pierce and Perk im sure the ref wanted to kill himself.

Different story tonight. Great game Hawks.

I liked how many different players were involved down the stretch. A nice change from the usual. No KG but this was still one of the Hawks best "team" efforts in a while.
