No responses yet? Odd. Anyways, this game will be extremely hard. You know Boston is thinking about the first two meetings, so they'll be very motivated to win this one in an impressive fashion. The Hawks started off the season with good road performances, but our performances on the road as of late have been pathetic. An absolute beatdown at Miami and at Orlando. It's going to be tough tonight, but if the Hawks want to be taken serious, they have to prove they can hang with the contenders on the road and defeat them.

Rasheed Wallace and Kevin Garnett will not play for Boston. We have to be aggressive and attack inside, so we can draw fouls and get Perkins in foul trouble. Big Baby has given us fits before, but with the lack of depth tonight, Smith and Horford need to step up and take advantage.

Smith isnt the same player he was earlier in the season. He needs to get it together. His post offense is hard to watch.

Watching the offense run through Josh smith on the block is like watching paint dry, it's also depressing. Never the less, Go Hawks!!

what is this officiating? Joe gets hacked and no-call, then Crawford literally doesn't touch Pierce on the next possession outside the perimeter and gets whistled? Ouch.

I hate watching the Boston telecast, they are sooooo homerish. Very distracting, makes me hate Boston more.

Marvin playing strong, good to see.

Josh sucks nuts. Hopefully its within double digits at half.

P.S. I do not like these announcers

It's completely inexcusable for Scalabrine to get the upper hand on Smoove like this. Awful play from Josh on the defensive end.

Josh has to lift his game.

Being a Hawks fan, it's hard to tell when watching Hawks games if Nique and Rathburn are this one sided in their announcing.

For anyone not a Hawks fan reading who's seen a Hawks telecast is it the same? Or are these Celtics announcers just not diplomatic towards the away team?

I'm pretty sure the announcers will actually cry if we win this one. either that or kill the refs. these idiots are so over the top.

this is easily the worst officiated game we've been involved in this season. keep it close into the final two minutes boys...

I am never, EVER watching a game on Boston's telecast again. These idiots should be fired for their pathetic announcing. I will be watching the entire 4th quarter with the game on mute.

aside from the absurd officiating and Kendrick Perkins traveling 50 times, that was a great quarter of baskeball. Paul Pierce hit a few unbelievable shots with Mo Evans playing perfect defense on him, and Rondo continues to finish around the rim fantastically.

Meanwhile, we had a few guys step up while Joe kept us close early on. If we can just hang around and make a few plays in crunch time we can win this game.

My ears are gonna bleed if I have to keep hearing these tards call this game. The one guy is ok but the other with the raspy weird voice makes me wanna go crazy.

Horrible officials. THere shooting 60% and were I think below 40% and were in teh game. WOW

Heinsohn is such a turd. He makes it painful to watch the games.

smith and Horford need to make some baskets. They have been crap so far considering KG and Sheed are out.

as much as i hate to say it, JJ taking on 5 celtics kinda works when he is shooting this well. iso Joe might just win this game.
