I was actually surprised that the crowd response wasn't as strong as I expected for him. Has the reach and impact of American Idol waned that much? Maybe if Minnesota had between the Saints? I give the team props for timeliness, though.

I still think Hammer doing "2 Legit 2 Quit" at halftime flanked by the A-Town dancers would have the crowd going crazy.
