The Feb 16-22st challenge

Atlanta is on the road against some marginal opponents Clippers, Suns, Warriors and then brutal final stop in Utah on the 22nd. During that same time period Orlando is on a home stand against Detroit, Dallas, and Cleveland. The Hawks already a game and half behind Orlando albeit tied in the loss column. It's face a big challenge to not lose pace with the Magic during this week. Realistically to do so they'd need to go at least 3-1 on this trip. Can it be done?

I sure hope so. I'd take losing in Utah again, if we can win the other 3.

BTW, the game in Phoenix is on Friday which could be short-handed if Amare is dealt at the deadline or could be a 1st look at a new lineup if the trade happens early enough for flights to be made.

That would make winning easier, but a loss much harder to take. Either way, the Hawks are better than the Suns and should win.

Utah will be coming of a game as well so we will both be tired. That will be a tough win. Golden State always gives us a run and the Clippers for whatever reason have our number. I hope 4-0 but I would 3-1 with the loss being to Utah. Amare should be gone by the time we play them.

Toronto is facing a weak schedule (MEM, @NJ, WAS) this week as well, so if we stumble on the road they could gain some ground on us from behind.
