Sure would be nice to see a good ole fashion beat down at Phillips. Orlando's got a tough game in Houston. Lets go pick up a game!

Horford should be fined for trying to back down taller players.

Dominique is obsessed with Jonny Flynn holding the ball.

Would love to see Teague get more burn with smoove and Al, instead of always having to run with zaza, & Joe smith, ugh...

I agree - the styles are intrinsically so different.

Teague, Smoove, Al - best in transition
Bibby, Joe Smith, Zaza - best in half court

Another late choke job against a bad team. Fortunately Smith came up big, 9-11 from the line and actually hitting jumpers.

Right now, we have a lousy 4th qtr. approach.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

One day, Smoove will be unstoppable. Kudos to Joe for trying to get more FTs.

Nice game image. I know it'll take Woody another year to figure it out, but playing all 5 bench players at the same time is not a good idea. They almost blown another 4th quarter with all of them starting the 4th.

Ya that was a major brain fart. Then after they made a little run he inserted Horf instead of Smith or JJ for some offense. Puzzling sub usage.
Josh has been playing like a stud for a while now. Im truly beginning to enjoy watching him play. If he could make his jumpshots or not take them at all I would cry.
Tough game on friday against the Mavs. Butler might not play.

Solid 10 minutes for Teague (don't get to say that often). Great game by Josh. As well as Damian Wilkins plays in Philips we should really look into signing him next summer (veteran minimum). He could provide bench offense at least during home games.

I just thought of something strange. The Hawks have consistently had problems scoring in the 4th which we all know. The strange thing is that is when Marvin is usually on the bench. It isn't like Marvin has played well this year but maybe putting Bibby and Crawford in at the same time just doesn't work.

^^^ Woody likes that lineup because a similar one worked so well in the crunch with Bibby/Flip/JJ last season. But Bibby has not shot the ball well for quite some time and he and Craw make for a disastrous combo defensively in the backcourt. I don't have a problem with them playing together, but Woody has stuck with it far too much of late (i.e. fourth quarter against GSW).

Otherwise, an easy win tonight. We can cruise for 40 minutes against a team like that and still get the W. Friday should be interesting.
