I believe BBIB posted this on the general board. We need to really pull Al away from the basket and get Howard out of the lane if we play Orlando.

Al has had back to back 16 pt months which is a big step for him. I have always felt like needs to play a face up game and that midrange shot is the key to it. If he would just stop playing with his back to the basket altogether he would be a much more effective scorer. When he scored 9 field goals against Indy not one of them was with his back to the basket.

He really needs to ditch that turnaround J. He hardly ever makes it and i am sure that is why his shooting percentage from 10-15 feet is literally 10% worse than his percentage from over 16 feet.
