I think New Orleans, Washington & Indiana should all try to make a move for Perry Jones. They all wanna play smaller & faster & PJ3 as a backup sf/pf would allow that to happen.

Idky but I just love Washington. Wall-Beal-Porter-Jones-Gortat would be fun to watch.

I don't we just cut him. He prob just get a 2nd or so back for him, but still that's good enough.

& We have our 15 man roster. I'd assume Mickey & Young are in the D-League until they prove otherwise. & Our 13 active man roster is ..

Smart - Thomas - Rozier
Bradley - Hunter
Turner - Crowder
Sully - Lee - Jeberko
Johnson - Zeller - Olynyk

It most likely wouldn't happen until next offseason. -- But who need is, Kevin Durant at the SF, and Demarcus Cousins at the C.
And, if we can Get Victor Oladipo, at the SG, we'd be Golden.
How can we make that happen?

Smart / Thomas / Rozier
Olapido / Hunter / Young
Durant / Crowder / Mickey
Sullinger / PJ3 / ????
Cousins / Zeller / Olynyk

On the Bye-Bye List
Turner - Bradley - Amir - Lee - Jerebko

I see zero chance of Washington letting Oladipo go but Cousins and Durant look like they will be changing teams within the next 6-24 months and are absolutely the stars we should be targetting. Hopefully we can pull off a mid season trade for Cousins, get to the ECF and sign Durant in the offseason. Banner 18 in 2017!

Always felt it would be tough to be a contender with Wallace's salary on the books. Lee isn't Wallace but he's still a severely overpaid player. After this year our salary cap becomes truly flexible.

Here's my set of Dream Trades.

Durant, $20M = Lee $15.5M & Turner $3.4M. This trade can be made beginning Sept, 27, 2015.

Cousins, $15.9M = Amir, $12M & Jerebko, $5M. This trade cannot be made until Dec. 15, 2015.

Oladipo, $5.2M = Bradley, $7.7M. This trade can be made now.
(P.S.: Oladipo is with the Orlando Magic.)

What do we have to throw-in with these? -- Money-wise, we're getting more back in this Durant Trade. 2nd Rounder?

Scoop up NBA 2K16 on September 29, start the franchise mode, and make sure you turn the option on to be able to manually override trades with the CPU. If you don't want to wait until the 29th, you could probably scoop up a copy of NBA 2k15 really cheap. And if you don't care about gameplay, you could probably find NBA Live for free. Probably being used as a coaster at this point.

Not a chance you get a top 10 pick and Kevin Martin for that package.

No, I like having Kevin Martin, but I do love having a top 10 pick.

You like Martin on a rebuilding team because....
