If LeBron did not win FMVP in those Warriors series, Luka has no business being in the conversation if we win.

McDaniels length never bothered Luka if anything Ludort's physicality bothered Luka at times and now he's facing some of the latter again with Holiday and Brown. The physicality plus all the hunting Celtics have done has definitely tired out the best backcourt of all time. Shocked that Kyrie is struggling this series as he doesn't have an old and shorter Conley guarding him anymore but instead an all NBA defensive backcourt.

Horford struggled against Miami, Cleveland and Indiana when he switched out very fast guards like Nemhard, Mitchell and Herro. It is interesting that Luka is not destroying that match. Al has enough speed to match Luka and has great length and savvy experience to reasonably hold his own. That has been a surprise to me.

I mentioned in a Dallas thread on Reddit pre-series thsat I was more worried about Derrick White being isolated on Luka defensively than Al, and some people scoffed, but as much as I love D White, that remains true to me.

Either Tatum gets going or our shooters make more 3s.. Or both. If Either happens, it shouldn't be close.

Let the hater have their narrative and memes
If JT gets a ring this year it will not matter anymore

Basketball is a team game and JT is making his teammates better and doing everything he can to win. That is the important narrative
