Ironically, Tatum's shot looked better after the injury. But yeah, hopefully it's not one of those injuries that will escalate after the fact.

Our defense was great, outside of the second quarter.

Not our best effort and still, I never felt like Orlando was in control of this game. With 86 points the concerns about Orlando's offense were as advertised even with Banchero and Wagner steering the offense for much of the night.

His wrist is okay or they wouldn't have kept him in, though probably sore. I don't want to see him use it as an excuse for rattled play.

Just so we’re clear, shooting well means great game and shooting poorly is a bad game? Okay, I’m going to jot that down.

So you noticed this too. The guy shot poorly but was +23 and had 14 rebounds and a win. SGA only had 15 points today as well. It happens.

The Jay's bulked up way too fast the last couple of years to focus on getting better around the hoop. Neither is used to their new bodies, and it's sad to see.

Tatum's shot was silky smooth when he came into the league, and Brown was such a reliable shooter from distance as well at nearly 40% 3 of his first 5 years. Now they are shooting 34 and 32 percent respectively. They need to spend some serious time in the gym this year working out their shots, and not bulking up, it's starting to hinder their games.
