Coincidentally Brad is looking to move two injury prone guys in Porzingis and Holiday just like he did back when it was Smart and Williams.

The issue is, when you moved on from Smart and Robert Williams, you upgraded. This time, you're probably looking at a major downgrade. With Jayson Tatum dealing with a significant injury and Jaylen Brown just coming off surgery, it's hard to believe that whoever you bring in — or any internal improvement — will come close to replacing what Jrue Holiday and KP bring to the table.

Ah must have missed your post my bad.

Worth noting he did play some PG for US teams playing fiba.

Idk how they get there without moving at least White which isn’t something I want to talk about too much considering the obvious available pick is #3

I don't know if you need to go that high.

I think you can nab him at 5.

assuming of course that Philly doesnt trade that pick to someone who desperately needs Tre. I think Philly only moves that pick to get off of George's salary.

After Durant gets traded, who’s really left on the market to make a major move for? I’d imagine KP and Jrue Holiday are probably near the top of that list. And maybe — just maybe — you can package enough to move into the top 10 in this draft but even that feels like a long shot.

Jrue holiday and Maxi Klebr and Pick #28 to Philly

Kristaps and Hauser to the Lakers

Vanderbilt, Gabe Vincent, Tillman and Walsh and laker pick, and a celtics 2nd and a 76er second to Brooklyn

Paul George, Dalton Knect and #3 to Boston

White/Pritchard
TRE/Scheierman
Brown/Knect
George/
Kornet

Let George rehab value and flip next year or keep him if he gets back to normal and have him and brown and Tatum and WHite and Tre dominate.

Nets have 4 FRPs. They are not going to use them all. Maybe a trade is brewing. White for 3 of them and a player (we are looking for a PG to maybe replace White, not Jrue)
We can trade with Utah (Ainge family ties) or WAS (just a dumb org) - they have 2 FRPs each

And of course 76ers who need a player for their closing window

I think Tatum plays this coming season, either after the ASG or just down the stretch to get some reps. And I think he's rested and better than ever after getting the rust off.

Was just reading this article about Dominique Wilkins coming back strong from a torn Achilles in 1992 at age 32. Nique gives some advice to JT: basically stay confident, work hard in rehab and don't skip steps.

There's also this from a surgeon about the advancements in achilles treatment over the years:

As Dr. Kevin Stone, an orthopedic surgeon at The Stone Clinic and a leading expert in Achilles tendon repair, detailed to this author, there have been critical advancements in treating an Achilles injury that once had a more grim outlook.

"We've learned a lot about how to add growth factors to damaged tissues these days," said Dr. Stone. "You hear about everybody getting PRP, some getting cells, some getting fat cells, some getting stem cells, and some getting birth tissues. These are all factors that we can use to accelerate tissue healing. And all of them can be added to help an Achilles tendon heal."

https://hardwoodhoudini.com/jayson-tatum-dominique-wilkins-celtics-reality-check-achilles-tear

The C's said JT is expected to make full recovery, so that's what I'm expecting.

Didnt propose one.

But would 100% be jrue or KP or both.

I could see Utah dealing #5 truthfully.

Maybe jrue and KP for Kessler, pick and salary

Well grab your popcorn.

Seems like it's gonna be a very interesting offseason for Boston haha.

Excited to see what Brad cooks up.

I think we're aiming for Danny Wolf. If KP is gone, we need a big man who can shoot and handle. More so if Al doesn't come back. Wolf reminds me of Kevin McHale, great footwork and smarts, good shooter. Combine numbers were strong, 6’10 ½ barefoot, 251 lbs with a 7’2 ¼" wingspan and 9’1” standing reach. Perfect fit for our style. We will need a guard if Jrue is gone, but we'll have Pritchard and White so we're in pretty good shape.

Wolf is an intriguing prospect but is far far from McHale. He doesn't have the post moves, he isn't a strong rebounder and is not much of a defender

Why do you think that?

They have 7 guys under contract and 3 of those are on their QO year. They have 4 TO's also to deal with.

I dont think they would hit the salary floor if they only picked up options and signed picks.

Trade Hauser. I feel Baylor can be plugged right in and not give up anything. He's ready for more minutes.

Sure, but they aren’t necessarily related. Tatum is out for the year probably so those minutes need to be filled. Seems like a good shot Jrue is gone too, so those minutes need to be filled to. Trading Hauser to open up time for Baylor was a thing when we had all of Tatum/Brown/White/Jrue/Pritchard/Hauser. With one or more of those guys gone, minutes are opened up already.

If Hauser is moved it’s to save money. Opening minutes up not a thing anymore.

I'm a Michigan fan so I watched all wolf's games. His post moves are the strongest part of his game. Very crafty, lots of up and under moves, fadeaways. when Michigan needed a basket they gave it to Wolf in the post.,
