That's a great point. Except his season stats are 9ppg 4.8apg 3.9rpg on 55% shooting and nearly a 3-1 ast/to ratio. Why make your case on 3 injury plagued games?

Rondo,even in games,is wildly inconsistent. If he provided 10 ppg,5 assists and 4 rebounds per game every night that would be adequate.But, it's more like 14 points one night, 4 the next.

That's still 9 pts, but no consistency. Rondo has the talent to run this team, but he only does it on a high level in spurts.Sometimes he downright disappears.

This team could desperately use a readl backup/caddie.I think Peter May is dead on in his analysis. Why are they waiting so long?
