Could Delonte be reacquired midseason?

Does anyone else find the image of Delonte West coming home, soaked in rain, to a house full of packed boxes depressing?

I swear, the loyalty I show to that '18 game losing streak' team is sickening sometimes. Still, I would not mind seeing West back in the number 13 here in Boston.

Pruitt for West straight up?

Agreed. Pruitt is definitely a better prospect with a higher ceiling than West. Plus, we will most likely get Cassell, if not this season then the next so we have no room nor any need for Delonte West. He'd just be in the way and would get no playing time, since he's not better than any other person on the roster at his position(s).

West was shooting 45% from the field before getting injured, which is his most significant issue, and the wheels have fallen off the bus in January and his mins have been spotty. They are playing Ridnour who has been much worse because of his contract.

He is a better pg than House or Allen but he isn't a better player than Allen and he isn't a better shooter than House. I don't know that the intangibles he brings really help this club because Rondo does that already.

I like Gabe a lot and he is a better athlete than Delonte but he isn't a better prospect coming into the league. Delonte was a much more explosive offensive player and overall more aggressive player. He has lot further to go to develop into an effective player than Delonte did, at the same time, Delonte, due to injury and different things has never really been able to capitalize on what he does well.

I think he actually would fit in well in this situation because of his ability to blend in with better veteran players, but in the end if the 3 isn't falling his game seems to fall apart.

F' the haters, Delonte always played a solid if unexceptional game and played his heart out. He'd be a solid role player backing up Rondo, I'd love to see him back.

Delonte is hands down better than Eddie House in every facet of the game .
