Cavs played better down the stretch. Can't ask for much more than chance to win in that game without KG, and the C's had it. Just couldn't pull it out.

Stop crying about the refs. You guys listen too Tommy to much. The closest thing to a bogus call the refs made was the blocking foul on Z that put Rondo at the line.

Don't blame it on the refs. We made some crucial mistakes in the last minute. Rondo lost it, they got an offensive rebound, and Pierce missed an easy layup.

That wasn't home cooking, that was a stupid young ref who is trying to get "respect"

Too sloppy of a game, and a step slow all night

Well I am pretty numb from the Pats loss so regular season Celtics losses all of a sudden do not seem so bad.

Bottom line: This team is not nearly the defensive team without Garnett. And I mean by a landslide. Anyone who wants to question how important KG is to this team needs to look further than stats.

I actually watched the Cavs feed and thought the refs where terrible, especially in the third.

And if you think Tommy is a homer you need to listen to the cavs guys! They are right up there with him...

Another close game against a very good team, without KG. No complaints here. Rondo is playing very well still. The J even returned today.

LOL, that guy was killing me, making fun of Pierce and the trash basket. He was something else.

The only calls that bugged me, were the ones at the top of the key, seemed like we were getting called for those, while the Cavs seemed to be able to be alittle more physical.

one trip to the line for Pierce and only 2 rebounds. they got 10 more ft attempts and 10 more rebounds. if pierce doesn't drive the ball we don't get to the line. I think Lebron intimidates him because he seems to play passively against the cavs

or it could be the fact that he looked like he was going to boot for the entire game.

Yeah, I thought Doc should have benched Paul and gone with Tony in the second half. It was pretty clear Paul didn't have the goods and I felt he hurt us defensively being on the floor. Buy Paul is a warrior and he's going to play through **** like this even when he isn't close to 100%.
