And who are these 2 big guys who can play? All I see is Juwan Howard and Jamal Magloire who combined average a total of 2.5 points and 5 rebounds shooting 25% and 30% from the floor respectively. Their PER put together is 3.95 compared to Pollard's PER of 9.66. Watch out Dwight, Duncan and Shaq!

When Magloire and Juwan actually get minutes on a consistent basis they perform well. They were actually All Stars in their careers whereas Pollard can't play 50 games in a season the last 4-5 years.

Well aside from the well-catalogued deficiencies of this trade for Boston, why on earth would NJ take on Scal's contract? They're looking to cut salary, and are balking at Trenton Hassell who has two years left just like Scal.
