^90%. everyone thinks and indicates that he is boston bound as soon as he clears waivers monday 6pm. not sure when exactly he will sign though.

at this point, there are no news of other teams that are so closely linked to him except for the c's.

Yeah, that's correct. Priority is determined by reverse order of the standings (i.e., worst team gets first priority) at the time the waiver request is submitted.
