New Len Bias Movie
I read about this new video about Len Bias in the globe today. Seems to be almost a full length picture.
Looks like it will show alot about the cocaine culture of the time as well.
here is the site: http://www.len-bias.com/trailer.html
Theres a trailer for the movie, looks to be a well done film, i am excited to see how it turns out.

Man I always wondered what the Celtics would've been like with Len. Looks like it's going to be really good. I'll watch it for sure.

Every time I see a picture/video of him or hear/read his name, I think...
What if...
The man was strong, thick, ridiculously athletic, tall, had a wet jumper and he could handle a bit. Not like a point forward or anything but a good combo forward type or something. He was just a filthy talent both physically and ITO his skills.
Boston would have won at LEAST one more title with him between 86-87 and 92-93. Ugh, he could have denied the Pistons one or two of their titles, man, that would have been awesome!
A real tragedy.

And with Reggie and him taking over, we would've matched up perfectly against the Bulls.

I don't even participate in these threads usually. Oh what could have been with Reggie and Len. Well I think it safe to say that they would have only had a couple years together anyways.
Reggie should have never played basketball again. When the "dream team" of doctors said no. that should have been it. What Len would have been in his 4 or 5th year of playing then. Point being that this is one of those situations that no one had control over. It wasn't meant to be.
I think both died because of cocaine abuse. Len definetly did. One can make the argument that so did Reggie. God rest both their souls.

Well, I wouldn't say that. As McHale, Bird and Parish faded away, the Celtics wouldn't have really been able to touch the Bulls after, say, the 91-92 season. From 92-93 on, I doubt very strongly that the Celtics would have beaten them.
But they might have stolen either of their first two titles and certainly had a shot at the Pistons during their repeat years.
