And once again you make my point for me. If last year's TEAM wasn't good and Doc coached them to the 2nd worst record in the league, how would you evaluate his performance? Conversely, if this year's team consists of MUCH better players then what effect is Doc having on this team? I believe he has done nothing substantial to make this team better just as he did nothing last year to make that bunch of kids a playoff team.

He's a marginally good coach at best.
I'll ask my question again:
If you had to choose a coach, any coach, would you take Doc Rivers over every other coach in the league?
