Tidbits:

Ray Allen on the season, shot 45% from the arc on an average of 1.8 attempts in the first quarter of games. 2nd quarter - 33% on 1.3 attempts, 3rd qtr - 38.5% on 1.9 attempts, 4th qtr - 38% on 1.5.

Potential Implication(s): Is he tired after the 1st quarter? Or has he been?

PP shot 31.8% from the arc on 1.4 attempts in the 1st, 45.3% on .8 in the second, 43.7% on 1.7 in the 3rd, and 35.2% on .9 in the 4th (overall, 38% FG% in the 4th)

Potential Implication(s): PP takes time to get warmed up. He shouldn't put up as many 3 pt attempts in the first quarter perhaps, but should arguably shoot more later on. In the 4th quarter, he is either tired, or the game's in the bag and he just doesn't care so much anymore.

Posey shoots 42% from the arc in the 4th quarter, but only 28% in the second quarter on almost the same # of attempts. He also takes time to warm up and should not put up as many 3s in the 2nd.

Rondo shoots 60% in the second quarter.
