Good to see Tony Allen finishing the regular season strong.

Fun game! I only caught the fourth quarter, but man! I love the bench play!

And 50 games over .500, the Nets are the 17th team that the Celtics have swept this year, from last in the conference to first, beaten every team in the league...quite the year!

Now bring on the real games!

OK, they finished with 31 field goals from 28 assists (i.e., 90% of their made shots were assisted). That's demential! I don't think I have ever seen something like it before...

Everybody is going to know Leon Powe's name (and pronounce it correctly) by the time the playoffs are over.

I'm loving how Powe is improving his game. He's starting to pass the ball, and it would be awesome if he develops a reliable turnaround jumper. I think he can do it.

66 freaking wins...tied for 10th most regular season wins ever.

66. Freaking. Wins.

[Steps into time travel machine, goes back exactly one year, sits back down at computer, types "OMFG we're going to win 66 games next year" and basks in the derision]

Most joy I and my wife have had in a regular season in over 20 years, I had the pleasure to share it with my son and daughter who were too little to remember the good times. Now to get #17.........part 2 of the Great Comeback........ 8)

Looking back (i realize they were 7-2 or whatever without KG) if KG doesn't get hurt, I think this team could have won 70 games.
