I'll go with KG, Rondo was awesome again, but the Hawks tried to get into the paint early and often, and KG's defense was stellar. Kind of a toss-up between the 2 I guess.

Nah. Getting a great player like that would mean that Pitino would have remained here. A great player can unfortunately screw up your team as a poor GM can coast on his play...and surround him with garbage and get away with it.

Ainge has had to work for what he has gotten and I think it's made him a better GM. I think they way it has all worked out is great..
