I fully expect Doc Rivers to be fired, regardless of what happens in this series. Because after watching Game 3 and 4 I am absolutely dumbfounded at some of his substitutions and rotations.

All season long people doubted he had anything to with the turnaround at all, and deep down inside you know who the real coach of this team is--KG. You mean to tell me this guy who did a marvelous job with a 60-loss team last year suddenly was the mastermind behind this 60-win team this year? No, and in fact I think he had nothing to do with it. You could put Jim Boylan in his place and the same thing would have happened.

With that said, I think this series is proving how important it is to have a real coach who knows what the hell he's doing out there in crunch time--the playoffs. Even if you guys get past Atlanta, I don't see you getting to the Finals; hell, even the ECF, with the way your coach is refusing to take advantage of all that depth that Ainge essentially materialized out of nowhere for him midseason I'm just in shock.
