The ESPN announcers were right to call low BB IQ on the particular plays that they did. That doesn't make this a disastrously low IQ team overall.

The Pistons happen to be a particularly smart team -- that's how Dumars built it, and he's kept them together for a long time too. So there's an edge. But not a doomingly huge one.

If Rondo, on 11 should-take shots, doesn't go 2-9 with 2 scaredy-cat horrible TOs, the Cs may well win. If Ray Allen, finally playing well, can stay on the court 7 more minutes than he did, the Cs may well win.

Losing a playoff game is a Bad Thing, but the Cs didn't exhibit any large, fatal flaws.
