Assuming Celtics finishes the 1st quarter with this 5 man unit Rondo-R.Allen-Pierce-Brown-Perkins, they could play this unit Cassell-House-Posey-Powe-Garnett in the most of the 2nd quarter. Both units give the key players (Ray & Paul; ET & Kevin) more time to touch the ball and create for the shot, at the same time without losing inside & outside, even mid-range game. The space on the floor should be larger.
Plus, we all know EH is struggling to bring up to ball against Hamilton or Hunter and he simply is not a playmarker. Playing Cassell beside him should be able to relieve his pressure and let him feel comfortable to focus on what he does best, shooting. It's like how Nets and Suns played him with Kidd and Nash. If Pistons is playing Hunter-Stuckey together, height differential would not be a big deal.
Little change suggestion (Play Eddie House mainly as a SG)
