A Great Chance for Pierce!

Post#1 » by Al-Haqq » Sun Jun 1, 2008 11:54 am

As many of the Celtics and Pierce fans would say 'he's an under-rated star in this league'. People are so quick to say Kobe, LeBron, Wade, T-Mac, all in the while forgetting about Paul Pierce. The guys above deserve attention, no doubt, but so does Pierce!

Obviously he hasn't gotten any due to the teams he's played on over the last few years and more. But even with this Celtics team, all the talk is about how great KG is, and he is, but Pierce is at a stage now, literally, where he can showcase how good he is, and for him never to be under-looked again.

This Finals series is a great chance for him to step up and book a place in everyones minds about who he is as a player, and no more will people place him in the back of their mind, as 'oh Pierce, yeah he can play from what I've seen'.

If he has a great series or even a good one, people will begin to place him where he belongs, and that is, one of the best swingmen in the league. Right there with Kobe and LeBron.

But now it's up to Pierce to show case his stuff for the world to see, and more importantly, for everyone to remember!

Let's do it PP34!

I am so superstitious when it comes to the C's I couldn't make a vote..
I even stay in the same spot I'm sitting in when we start to get a lead.
