Prior to the NBA finals, I believe, the Lakers were undefeated in home games. Then Boston defeated them in game four in Rocky-esque fashion. Tonight, the Celtics know that they can lose at home in the playoffs; they'd to Detroit in the conference finals. Therefore, the pressure should be off of Boston heading into game six knowing that you can't take these home games for granted. And I expect them not to. I'm hoping for a thrashing and a collective kicking in the brains of the Lakers en route to finally closes the series out. I write finally because in retrospect you could argue that if calls and happenings had fallen this way and not the other way. Boston could've swept this series. I know... It's all about the TV rating. Still, the Celtics aren't competing against the second best team in the league this season, in my opinion. The Lakers were very fortunate to clinch home court advantage throughout the western conference playoffs and, of course, acquire Pau Gasol in the second half of the regular season.
