What should/will the Celtics do with Tony Allen?

Last year he was breaking out, playing great offense and shutdown defense. This year he saw his minuets cut and his role filled by James Posey, Eddie House, and Ray Allen. He did not show the same explosiveness he had preinjury until the game six reverse dunk.

Right now he is a restricted free agent. Will/should the Celtics offer him a contract? Will/should they match another teams offer? Will/should they sign and trade him?
